World’s Highest-Grade Silver Mine Site Tour: Aurcana Silver Corporation
Bill Powers visited the world’s highest-grade silver mine (P&P) owned 100% by Aurcana Silver Corp. The site tour occurred on August 5th and 6th. The Revenue-Virginius mine in Ouray, Colorado, USA is fully-permitted and will also be one of the lowest-cost silver producers in the world at only US$8/oz Ag (AISC) after byproduct credits. The exploration potential at this project is immense as COO Brian Briggs states in the video: “There is no other silver mine in the world that probably has our exploration potential.” Aurcana is currently in the final stages of securing a debt facility for the the final capex needed to commence production. The company has announced they intend to start production in Q1 2021.

..this old mine of ours has produced pieces of Ag ore up to 19,000 o.p.t. ….and have found actual samples using a GDD BM-8 at the site that prove it….in the 1880’s the cut-off grade was reported to be 1,000 ppm Ag. The property produced for less than 3 years before the market collapse..later on, all the attention got focused on the Cobalt, ON. area …unexpectedly, cobalt minerals have now been discovered in my backyard by the DD’ing next door…

Sounds like a good mine, but it is a dubious claim that it is the highest in the world. For large mines, I believe a mine in Argentina may take that prize. For small scale mines, well, It is not even close.
What education do I need to work for Aurcana? Currently been working in construction for a year in Toronto. Would be so cool to go mine silver.
So are they in production now? As in Q2 2021? If not, why not and when does it all start?
Great Video Bill – I have never seen a mine video like yours which paints a clear vision of the entire mine and surrounding areas of potential exploration. It was great to see the tunnels and how basic some of the mining process is – it certainly has great potential and upside – I will be buying into Aurcana – Mining companies should do a video like you have to entice investors rather than just showing plans!…….brilliant.

Great tour of the mine and interview of those working it. The potential seems really good. I see in your video from back in Jan they were expecting to get financing and be up and running by 4th quarter. 8 months later, still no financing. In Jan it was mentioned that it would take 7 months to start production once financing was in place. 1st quarter of next year isn’t looking so good either.
I think the real question on everyones mind is if his is such a great project then why hasn’t the money just come raining down on them? If they don’t get financing are they planning on diluting shares?
I’ll keep this one on my radar for now. If they secure financing I’ll give them another look.
Producing by Q1 2021?… you’re 6 months late Kevin. Any other surprises we need to know about? Updating your apes would be helpful.

IN 1983 MYSELF AND A BUDDY WE WHERE STATIONED AT TINKER AFB AWAC DROVE UP THE PIKES PEAK OVER LABOR DAY WEEKAND ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! I RAN AS FAST AS I COULD AT THE TOP OF PIKES PEAK ALMOST PASSED OUT. I NEVER SAW SUCH GREAT COLOR IN THE MOUNTAINS NOT LIKE PA.WHEN I GO BACK I WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN AND HOPEFULLY I CAN GO SEE THE MINE AND TOUR IT. I HAVE A SHOT GLASS IN BOUGHT AT THE SHOP AT THE PEAK PLAN TO DRINK A SHOT OF JACK AS FORTY YEARS WOULD HAVE PASSED IN 2023.

Sounds good, whatever! And then at the end some higher up steps in and says, "who is that guy?" "Well that’s Brian Briggs" "Ahhh, no it isn’t." Uh-oh.
