Alright already with the yelling. . . I’m not especially happy with being shouted at. Also, I think I could understand you better if you slowed down, and lowered the volume.
That addit at the hematite outcropping turnout is still there. Checked it out yesterday on the way to the [last remaining] GPAA claim up there. No way my 6-2/220 trained coward body was going into that hole. Crushed up a few samples from the area for nodda, but it was really cool to see. Only a trickle of water this time of year but getting out in the dirt for a while was still awesome. At the claim in the wash, found a few specks of flour down DEEP. Nothing shallow. Had better luck with a few small flakes in the canyon on the north corner of the claim. Area’s been worked to death but definitely worth the trip for local GPAA members. Bring good gloves and shoes. Broken glass and shell casings literally everywhere.

Back in the 80s I would target practice there. It was a real dump. Shells and brass all over the place.

Dear Mr. Williams, I have a surefire way for you to find easy gold: give paid tours for would-be prospectors. I’ve made every mistake you can make as a gold panner and prospector, and have found absolutely nothing after many tries. I’m sure many people would pay a decent fee to be shown in-person where to look and how to be productive in gold prospecting. Just a thought.
