This is a small gypsum mine in Northern Arizona (Arizona Strip area). The mine owner lets respectful people visit and even purchase pieces of gypsum through venmo. Just read the sign at the mine for more information.

It’s called Shiprock or selenite and it’s used in particleboard and drywall in homes which is funny because the desk is a number one cause of Alzheimer’s.
