Hi Guys, The Knife and Fork with the wooden stand/sheath is a Caving Set. A functional display set. Growing up we had the same exact set. Now I’m 46 and my mom might actually still have it. When you pull the Fork out, I said ok- then you pulled the Knife out. That’s when I seen it was the same exact set. The shape of the blade is unique. That told me that the fork and the knife are probably mass-produced. Now I don’t know about the stand. I don’t know if they were hand carved or not. The feet and locks are brass. Either way it’s really cool to see another set come up out of the ground!…
