Man you need to revisit this area and out towards Tombstone Arizona and out in Nevada like Los Vegas ect… but follow the old trail and metal detect the trails… look it was the gold n silver rush you had Tombstone starting you had the California gold rush which ppl came from my area in North Carolina when we had our gold rush. And they traveled those old trails….. and in doing so they lost gold n silver coins bars ect… and they would be around 5 inches deep. But you need better detectors like some Garrett metal detectors

  8. knoahbody69 on December 16, 2022 at 7:20 am

Yeah, WWII era definitely. The "E-Tool" with the wooden handle. The modern ones are metal and fold up into thirds for easy carrying.

  9. Patricia Mitchell on December 16, 2022 at 7:20 am

If that is a double (knife n fork like) I think I remembered seeing on an auction show it’s a carving set. You guys are amazing!

  10. zeromega on December 16, 2022 at 7:21 am

    Murder weapons for sure

  11. Your Local Shooter on December 16, 2022 at 7:22 am

You found the stash of the old timer who told you he’s pretty sure there’s treasure up there. lol

  12. vicentiu on December 16, 2022 at 7:23 am

this is so fake! leather does keep that soft, especially in a desert, that leather should have been hard and brittle! and if it had enough moisture to keep it that soft, then all the iron would have rusted away, and all the wood would have rotted also…
so no, highly doubt the find is real!
unless it was buried in the past couple of months… if it was buried more than half a year it would look totally different!
and also paper money? no no no!

  13. Gail Hitson on December 16, 2022 at 7:25 am

I think the money could be dated, giving a clue based on the most recent date on the bills.

  15. Chris Laprise on December 16, 2022 at 7:27 am

  16. Sean Wozencroft on December 16, 2022 at 7:28 am

That knife set is a vintage Indian meat carving set. Not all that old really I have 3 of them.

  17. Sis Love on December 16, 2022 at 7:29 am

  18. Shelli Church on December 16, 2022 at 7:29 am

  19. Shaun Ringuette on December 16, 2022 at 7:30 am

    Fakeeeeee

  20. Martin Eastburn on December 16, 2022 at 7:30 am

Sadly coins and shovel are not for dates. I have Silver dollars from the 20’s. The shovel from army surplus. So it could be 20-40 years old for the rot. Shovel brand new. Getting lost – reason for a roll of nylon or non rotting string from the door to you deep . Leave the string and walk out following the string. String for next time – branch with another string roll tied to it. Make a tree. but always back to main line.

  21. Ty Defilippo on December 16, 2022 at 7:30 am

Good thing they found Dave ? 😂

  22. jarrod foret on December 16, 2022 at 7:35 am

Simple solution some one went out there and planted the find, because that’s a long ways up off of a old horse and buggy trail,to be planting treasures,

  23. harcosparky on December 16, 2022 at 7:35 am

That’s not a shovel … it is an " entrenching tool ". An older veteran would know that! 🙂

  24. Crypto Arnold on December 16, 2022 at 7:37 am

what is this random gay bs

  25. Riddick tonn on December 16, 2022 at 7:37 am

Yeah, everyone has is a helicopter to go metal detecting.

  26. Kin2CyoD on December 16, 2022 at 7:38 am

    Horse s***

  27. kelly duffey on December 16, 2022 at 7:41 am

Ive done some metal detecting and it always amazed how you would find crap literally in the middle of nowhere.

  28. Kc Mullins on December 16, 2022 at 7:43 am

And also there is confederate gold that was stashed out there as well…. plus find the old railroad that’s where gonna start finding old 1800s silver n gold

  29. Mike Rudy Arruda on December 16, 2022 at 7:44 am

This shit was all planted. The knife and shovel are in way too good of shape. Sure it’s a very dry climate but the shit still would have some oxidation or something on it.

  30. Quyaan on December 16, 2022 at 7:45 am

Awesome!! It was a good feeling, ☺️ watching and sorta enjoying vicariously through you, the experience of finding something unexpected.
The sound of your helicopter reminded me of my old drilling days, flying to and from camp daily, to an exploratory LF70 drill rig on the tunda.
Walt, the pilot was very experienced, being a Vietnam veteran and all.. anyways one evening on a trip to the drill rig, I asked him what a "Hammerhead" was… I haven’t felt that feeling ever since, though I imagine the adrenaline finding treasure 🪙 is similar. 🤣🤣👍

  31. Chevy Davidson on December 16, 2022 at 7:46 am

Grandparents had a carving set just like that from India.

  32. Some Random Fag on December 16, 2022 at 7:48 am

My grandparents used to have one of those knife and fork things they found in the blanket on their piano. It’s pretty neat seeing someone find one of em buried in the middle of nowhere 😂

  33. Wayup North on December 16, 2022 at 7:48 am

    It’s mine, but I’ll share

  34. Rick Jenkins on December 16, 2022 at 7:50 am

Your on what drivers call the dragons back as from road going west it looks like a dragon

  35. Joe Biden’s Mistress on December 16, 2022 at 7:52 am

The knife at 16:19 I think is from the 1960’s or 70’s. My grandparents had one just like that that they got from India.

  36. Anna Kane on December 16, 2022 at 7:54 am

Beautiful guys love exploring with you.

  37. Random on December 16, 2022 at 7:54 am

If I got lost in a cave I’d suffocate

  38. Charlie Boy on December 16, 2022 at 7:55 am

Didn’t even find anything worth anything too

  39. John Anon on December 16, 2022 at 7:55 am

Used to see those bulky one scabbard fork+knife combo in 1960s and 70s being sold for camping but they’re actually just a carving set from India and I believe the bulk of them came to north america in 1960s. The ones that I saw in early 80s didn’t have decorative carvings on scabbard and the brass fixtures were very roughly cut.
The pruning shears appear to be 1970s true temper brand (note it has wound ribbon spring) and pretty odd to bring pruning shears out there, looks more like someone (guessing in 1970s) who was desperate to find anything to strike it rich.

  44. Oni on December 16, 2022 at 8:06 am

Imagine having all that money to throw around, but still being a complete moron. It’s a veterans pile! That’s his war knife! The shovel is from world war one! Do you think his name was James? 🤡

Did you just call a Cairn a Karen?? 😁 A Cairn is as you say a pile of rocks to mark a place. But it’s pronounced Cairn Kay’rn NOT Karen. English (well, actually, Cairn is a Scottish term) lesson over. Good huntin’
