found a bottle in the bush, in the bush, in the bush
I’ve been detecting for over 29 years and the feeling you guys got I get all the time. Detecting is such a rush. Especially when your finding historical items, jewelry, old coins, etc.. One thing I have to say about you guys going into those caves is that you have to be very careful. A lot of them can collapse from you making to much noise in them. Also be very careful about standing water. If you walk through it, it could release poisonous gases and if you don’t get to fresh air quickly, your a goner. There are some really good metal detecting shops around that can help you and educate you on what detector to use. Looking at your area that your detecting I would go with a Minelab or a Garretts ATX Max. Also get yourself a good pinpointer and digging tool such as a Lesch. I hope you guys make another adventure out there to find stuff and video it. Good luck.
PS, if you need help give me a hollar! LOL
Creepy… The bottle for some liquid to stun the victim’s… The scissors for cut some pieces of them.. The hammer to break the bones…. The carving cutlery to eat them….the coins for the crossing… And the shovel for buried the rest…. 😜
If that mine is that unstable you shouldn’t bring 4wheelers in it
Nothing like seeing seven grown men look for treasure. Entertaining nonetheless

You all have the neatest life. How do your wives put up with you being gone so much.
You were supposed to look into the bottom of the bottle while holding towards the sun at high noon and would have given you the direction to the treasure
Bring glow sticks into caves for sure to use as a way out
Preliminary geologic map of the Dragon Quadrangle, Uintah County, Utah, and Rio Blanco County, Colorado

My Grandpa born in 1903 lived in this area. Said they found a huge treasure like that…but it was way up and they didn’t have a way to get to it. He rode with ponchoVia (sp) for awhile on the border.
I guess they found Dave.
