  8. Michael Harlan on April 19, 2022 at 10:51 am

Speaking as a prior Army man, the shovel is called an "entrenching tool". The newer style folds up into a plastic pouch the size of the shovel blade.

  16. Ozwald Gardner on April 19, 2022 at 10:57 am

The dragon is actually a European dragon that has been cut into the cliff face near your location there. It is one of the mysteries that has puzzled archiologist for decades. It’s not a petroglyph, it’s an actual European dragon!
The knife and fork is a carving set.

Do you not use the rotor brake?

  23. Thing Stuff on April 19, 2022 at 11:09 am

I reckon it looks like a bunch of stuff associated with a murder. Big ass knife, hammer, shears, shovel, blanket, random cash that has basically no value but is buried for no reason (other than the possibility that the person who hid it might have thought collected coins/notes might be tracked in some way if spent or sold)? Nobody else getting those murder vibes?

  24. Donna Patu on April 19, 2022 at 11:09 am

  41. C SH on April 19, 2022 at 11:29 am

A buffalo nickel is the same size as a regular nickel. All those coins were probably silver or gold. Maybe copper and brass/Bronze.
    The shovel was probably surplus.
