I went there in 2001 and had a great time. It was late winter and they were closed, but opened for us because there was six or seven of us. The place still looks the same.

Beautiful specimens. That first find was my favorite as the cephalon was completely intact. A lot of times these fall off, so finding a complete trilobite is somewhat rare in comparison to cephalon exempt specimens.

I live in Utah. Next time you go to Delta in search of fossils, talk to the owner of a nearby rock shop. He let my family go and search on his private claim. My dad found a fossilized jelly fish that day.
