I live in Utah. Next time you go to Delta in search of fossils, talk to the owner of a nearby rock shop. He let my family go and search on his private claim. My dad found a fossilized jelly fish that day.
Great tip about tipping at the mines! I had no idea ~ you are the 1st person I’ve heard mention this. Thank you 🙂
Hey Dude!! I enjoy your videos a bunch. But forgive me…What is your name???? Thanks!!!
enjoyed video
I went there in 2001 and had a great time. It was late winter and they were closed, but opened for us because there was six or seven of us. The place still looks the same.
great video
I found your channel this week, loving your videos. I’ve been rockhounding for 30+ years but have never made it as far as Utah…yet, lol. The plates you’re finding with multiple specimens are called death or mortality plates. Here in the east we call them death plates.
I’ve been watching your videos for a week now, and I must say that you have a great personality!!! Another great video!
THANKS GREAT INFO!
beautiful fossils
It’s pronounced try lo bite, not tre lo bite
Lets say you want to dig here or topaz mountain for a couple days in a row…..can you stay right on the property? Love the videos….thanks!
You have a very BIG and sharing heart; I hope you have a lot of gooood luck in return.
Beautiful specimens. That first find was my favorite as the cephalon was completely intact. A lot of times these fall off, so finding a complete trilobite is somewhat rare in comparison to cephalon exempt specimens.
