Quite possibly one of the least informative news videos I’ve ever seen. And considering modern news reporting that’s pretty impressive.

The treasure was found but now we gotta find out who got the money

Now that Forrest has passed on, his "special place in the forest north of Santa Fe" should be revealed.  If you look at the Vallecitos Mountain Retreat website at:   https://www.vallecitos.org/  ,and look at the photos (select Why Vallecitos, then Photo Gallery) you will see some hints that Forrest mentioned, such as:  some cast bronze bells similar to those that he made and hid; a photo of the Vallecitos Rio, the "water high" in the poem; and a photo of a large rainbow ("the poem leads to the end of my rainbow" from the jacket of The Thrill of the Chase), and if you open Google Maps and look at the grassy are south of the Vallecitos ranch house, you will find a large rock wheel, as in "Try the wheel" that Forrest said to one searcher:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yw1sdttynrfxcnf/2%20Vallecitos%20Mountain%20Retreat-%20Try%20the%20Wheel.jpg?dl=0 – – -The Google Maps coordinates for the Blaze (large black painted "nn" on top of a big white boulder) are:    36.6355, -106.2105     – – – – –

    Don’t open it !!!

  5. Conspiracyphreak Phreaka on September 29, 2022 at 6:45 pm

i dont believe it… plus the person didnt take a picture of the blue bracelet on to show he / she found it…. most likely a joke or a ploy to get people out and explore but as people started dying, he said people found it so no more would die. doesnt matter where it was found as it was owned by someone… if you lose a backpack somewhere it doesnt become the states just because you left it there lol.

  6. zzz on September 29, 2022 at 6:47 pm

Horseshit. Noone found it. He’s just stopping it because NM has been pressuring him.

  7. Anon Ymous on September 29, 2022 at 6:47 pm

If Fenn or the person who found the treasure don’t explain the solve to the poem it will be like they tore the last pages out of your favorite book. Such an interesting story with so far such a massively disappointing ending…

  8. Brian Ellinger on September 29, 2022 at 6:48 pm

Did they steal the stuff out of it?

  21. jesse rowin on September 29, 2022 at 7:03 pm

This dumbass could’ve gave the million out instead now 4 people died looking for it. He should go to jail

  24. Bird In Charlotte on September 29, 2022 at 7:06 pm

I am the man that found the location of where the treasure was supposed to be and e mailed him on the 6th of June with exact gps location, he then told the world someone had found it but no other info was available, I had found the location August 2018 but because nothing was there I kept looking. It was a hoax, I found every clue and hint and the secret that the numbers in ttotc actually confirmed the last 3 digits for lat/long of each hint. The last 3 digits for where the treasure was supposed to be ended with 423 and 328, His dads burial location and the number of missions he flew in Vietnam. 5 people died looking for the treasure and 350,000 spent millions looking and it was all a hoax. I do have the blaze in my possession. The treasure location where it was supposed to be was only 35 feet from where I parked and alot of people drove by it every day 40 to 50 feet from it. Pine Mountain, Wyoming

  25. Clifton Connor on September 29, 2022 at 7:06 pm

How do we not know he had someone pick it back up for himself and they share in the booty? He is too old to go and maybe now needs the stash?

  26. Off Grid on September 29, 2022 at 7:07 pm

The location will never be reveled. If someone admitted finding it in federal property, all law suit would break out. You can call hoax all you want. Our own president said the virus was a hoax. We all see how that turned out. However, to remain anonymous, will be a tough task in itself. How do you sell gold Eagles, and nuggets, sapphires and rubies, without someone finding out. Yet, the artifacts in the chest will be the tell tale revel. One may have a few gold Eagles, but rate artifacts are another story. Historic dealer, where did you get this artifact?

  27. Brian Ellinger on September 29, 2022 at 7:08 pm

    no proof………………bullshit

  40. Jack Baker on September 29, 2022 at 7:28 pm

Let’s have some real proof. No picture was ever provided of the treasure before it was hidden. Yet we do have one man’s word it was real. Now we must accept the same man’s word that the treasure was found without a shred of evidence except for his word. Verdict: HOAX

  47. Brad Hartliep on September 29, 2022 at 7:37 pm

If you would like a copy of my TREASURE MAP leading to my 1.4 million dollar Treasure – Gold, Silver, Bronze, Turquoise and precious jewels hunted for, found and collected between 1979 and 2009, and secreted in one of five states in 2009/2010 [5 years before I ever heard of Forrest Fenn] contac me at brad hartliep at g mail — the map is $10.00 per digital copy and you can’t give it or show it to anyone else — if you do you will have to pay me 10 dollars for each incident — if you would like detailed directions of all 9 of Forrest’s Clues, including the exact location of the where the Treasure was hidden, send me $500.00 and a signed notarized promise not to reveal any of the information or the locations of any of the clues — if you do, than you freely agree to pay me $100,000.00 for lost income and the pain and suffering from lost income .. [for those of you who don’t know, I discovered Forrest’s Treasure in late 2015 / early 2016 – Forrest KNEW I discovered his Treasure: because I sent him video and photographic proof – and I left several clues to the whereabout of my treasure, as well as Forrest’s Treasure, between 2016 and early 2020] ..
