i can do everything with my Gary Fong Lightsphere.
So simple, but very neat! Good job!
It works. I just tried this with a point ‘n shoot Canon and a bottle of green mouthwash to set the color balance in a typically dull yellow hotel room, and shot the same green mouthwash with flash afterwards in a now red room.
Would this work to make a non spectacular sunset look spectacular?
Hi folks!
Does anybody have experience with the OM-D E-M1 from Olympus? Seems to be that the camera "thinks", that the change is too extreme and don´t want to accept it. I can´t manage it, to create such a red background!…Need help!
Thats reall cool. btw are you shooting with a Canon 40D these days? Or is that an old video? I still like to use my 20D 🙂
Gary, I find your videos very informative and helpful. Please do something about your audio it really brings down the quality of the video.
I tried this with an Alpha and wasn’t successful. Any tips for Sony users?
I’ll give that a try, thanks. You make it look easier than it really is I think 🙂
I tried this with a Nikon d5000 and cannot get it to work..
i can do everything with my Gary Fong Lightsphere.
Clever. At first I wasn’t sure why you would just do this in post…but then I got it. I’ve never claimed to be that bright. I like this trick. Once again GF leaves a mark.
I like how Gary uses his speedlight filter as an expodisc. Brilliant!
Any tips for Nikon users? I have a D7000
COOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hm, all I can get is a lightly orange effect but not a deep red like in the video (by using a Canon 6D or 70D). There must be some more settings than shown in the video. Maybe additional manual WB-Correction
