    I’ve been deep into that mine the graffiti gets pretty creepy the farther you go.

    I see the local govt. did another bang up job of preventing people from entering this dangerous mine. They really have some great barb wire deterrent there.

    Cool place, my family and I drove up there today, it’s completely covered in graffiti now. If you don’t mind me asking, where is the store foundation? I am guessing I drove/walked right past it and didn’t know it was there. Thanks!

    The store was built in 1908, I believe, by Max Alwen. It served as the Maxton post office as well.
