I know you were joking when you said you would call the police if you found it to make sure it wasn’t a crime scene 😂

If you go up the canyon from the cave following the current trail. You will find the current trail heads off to the right and up the hill. Looking closely at the direction the trail was going you will see the old trail continues up the canyon along the base of the hill. The old trail ends at the sinks. I have found some ore along this old trail. Good hunting Terry.

It might be worth training a cadaver dog to take on your text trip. Although i’m not sure how you could train a dog to find dead bodies without dead bodies.

First mistake calling the authorities. That’s when government agencies move in. Make up every excuse in the book The rob you blind

Terry he found out about your big mouth and how you tell everyone about secret mines. He did well not answering your calls.

Nice campfire story right out of a great imagination. It’ll give gullible people reasons to act on dreams of finding TREASURE ! !

did you find it? sounds a lot like the woosley mine.

  15. Derek Post on June 2, 2020 at 7:00 pm

Your first and last mistake would be contacting the authorities to determine whether or not it’s a crime scene. As soon as their report hit the national database you can kiss the treasure goodbye. That’s why the young man who also made that mistake over in Delta clammed up when the secret service got involved, he knew any chance of a finders fee had just dried up.

Bullshit! That "cairn" of stones was freshly erected because there’s no way that skinny one would have stayed up! 4:46 You think we’re all stupid?

My Grampa and one of his Son’s had Gold fever probably as bad as any two men that ever lived, Gramps went to Ketchum Idaho and actually had a paying silver mine, in the winter he’d come home to Mt.Home,Ut and put another bun in the oven and sell the wild horses his kids gathered to the pig farmer over in Altamont then come spring he was off to Sun Valley for another season of hard rock mining. He actually built a lift similar to a ski lift only his was operated by gravity, they’d fill one bucket up with ore, release it, it would head down hill thereby pulling the next bucket up hill. The Generation before the Greatest Generation were the men that actually created this great nation and all the freedoms we all enjoy. Point? hate to piss in your cornflakes but I’ve been listening to mining stories and Rhodes Gold mine lore all of my 70+ years….to date there’s never been one found and never one speck of gold brought to light….doesn’t mean I don’t like your story and the others it’s just that is what I consider them to be….stories…best told and listened to around a crackling campfire with a frosty brew in hand….the Uncle went over to Carlin Nevada and staked a few claims, over the years he found some colors, in the end Newmont stole most of his claims because he was a day late doing the assessment work, finally they wrote him out a check for $1,000,000 for his last and best claim…after he and his wife passed his four kids pissed away their equal share’s in about a month….one’s house was stacked to the ceiling with unopened boxes from the shopping network….life goes on with or without gold in hand, but I hope to see and hear these stories forever….Thanks Terry
