Yup there’s old covered up entrances in the palace basement but the owner Dave is an asshole.

I used to work in a couple of different buildings in Prescott’s Courthouse Square.

There at one point was an entire China Town with 2000 residents living underground in Prescott. I have seen shops, residence’s, kitchens, medical places, and a jail (it’s in the basement of the Palace).

It’s where most of the country sends it’s kids for rehab. Camping is worse than California sidewalks. Go to wolf Creek, its a toilet.

I’ve lived in prescott area for over 27 years and i can say there’s alot of cool places. The VA hospital has alot of cool historical buildings too. My favorite though would be the old mine out in humboldt. You can’t go by yourself but they do offer guided tours for a fee.

Good video, the driving down the highway part was excellent, it looks like you were doing 200 mph! You should do more of those.

I grew up staying at st micheals and there was defintely some weird creepy stuff that went on. Our light turned on 3 times while slept, and heard footsteps.

House movers moved the two blue houses at Grove and Gurley next to the Methodist Church. Palace owners two houses. The tunnels went up to the far house and went under granite Creek and all. The back parking lot to the church and sxhool there is quite an ancient Indian burial ground . Many important sites built over. Carl Jones old garage on the east side had no roof and Gus Patrick had the finest collextion of Prescott antiques and bottles on shelves with signs. Digging around under the back porch we unearthed a case of Prescott brew and the tunnels to the palace. 1800s stamped on the bottle. I enjoyed the signs and odds and ends that old house was really alive with laughter.. Carl woke us early at camp wood fire crew one day with a fresh beef for sale sign hanging up…I want to see her freezers and they better have Safeway tags. The rustlers and night rider’s have a sense of humor. And of course Gus went mad searching for Mr. Big and did himself at the council. So all the FOIA releases and the JFK thing and Mr. Big was around all right and bigger than we all thought …..meanwhile the 67 flying saucer hoax was allowed by my mom the editor with Jim Garner. And j Edgar memo …Hitler died in Prescott 1967…yeah I was his paper boy. And i lived next door to Anton Lavay in Walker 74. Then the next 20 years the headless women started appearing. One lady killed a couple hundred yards from me at thumb Butte park 88. I was enjoying the peace and wind. Now Angelina’s Grave is probably a traffic nuisance for the people living on top a major seance portal. Good luck. Last time I played poker with Sam Stieger he was mucking a staight flush. I miss Senator Tenney and Jay Jones and John Szabo. Most of all I miss Fran Wildman our cia recruiter and teacher historian astronomer and my first flight instructor. I grew up next door to the man who invented the television and Palmquist from JPL had the earth station his son at goldstone array… We had heirs to inventors galore and our resident genius Roy Whitman got us a nasa contract on spacelab. It also hot him killed after men in black twice. We had antigravity and no idea we were in competition as a breakaway civilization . Just nutty kids playing son of flubber . Well there it is a piece of history. Only other notable mention was rhe number of my graduating class came out of the palace dead from John Wayne gunfight .. yeah I know where the bodies are buried. I imagine it’s much nicer and more artsy fartsy. I was absolved of the decrim case after 3 votes we found out pot heals everything… My prosecuting attorney Bob Keubler didn’t live long enough v to see it . Only took 44 years folks
