Sampling old gold mine in marysvale utah with @keanknowlesoutdoors4335 and @slylimegaming4

went back to abandoned mine in marysvale utah after some quartz samples to crush and check for gold. my day almost ended badly. I will be making a part 2 to this video after I’m feeling better. I will get the quartz crushed and we will be panning it and see if their is any gold. thank you for watching please like and subscribe.

    Does it make sense, claiming a mine for hobby? You’ll need a lot of tools and work and maybe get a few grams of gold only.

    Nice tour. If you would like to take samples, dig the dirt on the floor and screen it into a bucket. I’d use a 8 mesh screen. The gold will be very small. As they are chiseling their tunnel, they leave piles of very fine chips and dirt. Whatever gold they were taking out will be in the floor dirt and it’s already crushed. We worked an old mine shaft for several years working just floor dirt and probably took out more gold than the original owners did.
