I know a mine near me with big 2-4 inch wide blue fluorite veins. Bring a rope.

Brings back some great memories! My wife and I collected a lot of nice specimens, crystals, etc. at the Blanchard Mine back in the late 80’s-early 90’s. Fun times!

Keep that blue fluorite out of the sunlight. Well, most fluorite really. The sun bleaches it. I have a bunch of blue fluorite from a mine in that area. Its a friends spot, so i cant divulge the location, but its pretty common in that area.

Did you even bother to check in with the owner at the rock shop out on the highway? They don’t allow anyone to the place you were at.
