Did this new portal to the Sweet Home Mine become profitable enough to continue operation in the face of rampant inflation of 2022?

My only beef with this video is that the presenter only uses the Imperial system. Considering YT has a worldwide audience and considering 99.9% of world’s population uses metric, don’t you think it’s about time the US changed. In fact, I find it kind of arrogant and thoughtless that you can’t even bother flashing up the conversions on screen.
On rare occasions I do look up a conversion it’ll be only for one measurement. Otherwise, I move on.
The odd imperial measurement on YT doesn’t drive me nuts. However, the numerous times weights, heights, lengths, temps were mentioned meant the measurements were integral to the information imparted.
45-degree F (I can’t even spell the word, neither can my spell checker) is utterly meaningless to most people. Apparently, that’s quite cool. Who would know. For the rest us however, that’d be a summer from hell!
The only items that are still measured in inches (at least where I live) are TV, pc and mobile device screens. Who knows why this quirk has stuck around like a bad smell.

That was exciting. I hope they let you have some of the mineral specimens that they discard. What a show piece those would be.

Good job can u give me advise how can I buy rhodochrosite stone direct to mines

  13. Mike Morenz on May 16, 2023 at 11:59 am

Anyone interested in mining this mineral should get in touch with me. I have discovered a previously unknown deposit, some of which is even visible on the surface. And there is fantastic quality. I don’t have cash to start operations and so it still sits undetected by geologists and humanity in general. I am not asking for investors but rather quite the opposite. I want to find someone with the ability to open operations in exchange I’d only request a small stake in the company or simply a decent job position in the mining operations I could walk you to the exact location or provide as many pounds of samples as needed for testing although I must walk quite a long distance tranversing waterways and bear infested wilderness and I can only haul around 150lbs per backpack, per trip. I could make someone incredibly rich in exchange for a decent job basically.

how much is rhodochrosite? That little gem she harvested, how much would it retail for? I don’t understand how these guys can go YEARS, 50 hours a week, 4 dudes, wasting explosives, water, electricity, pumping oxygen, etc. Its gotta be expensive…. They go years and they finally find rhodochrosite and its 2 inches thick and 16 inches in diameter? How expensive could that be?? Its gotta be super expensive.

    Gemologist chicks pretty cute

  36. Chris Strobel on May 16, 2023 at 12:27 pm

Colorado rocks for rocks 😬👍 Anyway there is no empirical scientific evidence those crystals are 33,000,000 years old, that’s pure theoretical conjecture that’s taught in our modern biased educational systems just like macro evolution. Let’s just enjoy these gems and minerals for what they are .. gifts from God that display His glory just like the galaxies and nebulae do in the night sky. Thanks for filming the tour, as a long time mineral collector with a couple Rhodochrosites in my cabinets I found this really interesting. Peace ✌️
