My face at the end says it all

My face at the end says it all

The other side that people don’t see is that things aren’t always perfect on social media. Behind the camera recipes sometimes fail and that’s totally ok ❤️

I cook Tahdig twice a week… 95% of the time they come out great! Today was not one of those days 😭

But hey that’s ok! There’s always tomorrow with a better Tahdig ending 😊😊😊

Love you all and don’t beat yourself up when things or recipes don’t work xxx

Here is my written recipe on how to make Tahdig without fail (haha)

RECIPE: https://cookingwithayeh.com/persian-rice-with-crispy-tahdig/

PS I can’t wait to share the other half of this dish which turned out amazing!!
❤️❤️❤️

  34. Sebastian Maftei on February 21, 2023 at 4:15 pm

    Polenta?

  35. konachan on February 21, 2023 at 4:15 pm

as a persian, yes but no. great and definitely crispy but burnt and a little bitter. try frying your tahdig on medium heat, turn it to low heat and add the polo rice then immediately put it in the oven for no more than 45 minutes.

  36. Katrina Midgette on February 21, 2023 at 4:15 pm
