Montezuma’s Cave was found by William Fredrick Crisp, AKA “Freddy Chrystal” in the 1920’s in Kanab, Utah. Freddy had found a map that supposedly led to the lost Montezuma treasure. No treasure was ever found in the cave, but other clues lead people to believe that the treasure is still buried near by.
