On March 22nd, 2013 the Yuma Police Department began looking into the disappearance of Emily Lynn Hieber 19 years of age. Emily’s family reported that all contact with Emily stopped in the beginning of February. They were concerned because prior to February, she kept in regular contact with them.
The investigation to this date has resulted in over 60 interviews of subjects and the follow up on several leads, but Emily has not been found. She has not been seen or heard from since the beginning of February 2013.
Records show Emily has not used her cell phone and has not posted anything on social media since then. This is concerning because Emily was known to use her phone and Facebook on a regular basis. Emily also had a dog with her and the whereabouts of the dog are unknown.
Since Emily has not contacted her family or friends, and with the rumors that Emily may have been killed, the Yuma Police Department and Emily’s family are asking the public for assistance in finding her. It is known that Emily Hieber was addicted to and using methamphetamines on a regular basis. We believe someone in the group she associated with knows where Emily is.
Emily Lynn Hieber is a white female, 19 years of age, 5-6, 115 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. She has the nickname of “Hippie” and dresses in that type of clothing. Emily is known to wear different types of wigs to change her appearance.

I cant speak on specifics on the case, but let me save you guys from wondering. She was cross drugs for a local cartel through the borders from Mexico to Yuma. She had ran off with a package, and unfortunately lost her life. She is in Mexico, and will never be found in America. This should be a lesson to never mess with cartel. RiP emily .
