180-190 million year old wood can’t be more than 5000 years old I bet its drift wood from the famous noahs ark wreck it was huge.

  3. David Myers on May 29, 2020 at 6:00 pm

yeah when we were looking for it we decided that those pieces of wood were where the wagon came down to the main road and crashed, spilling and breaking up the boxes the silver was in. we figured they use the mules pulling the wagon to haul off as much as they could. And as they were being pursued they unloaded it here or there…
just kidding never been there but that’s what I got from watching your video. great imagination… So come on!!… Let’s go!

I wonder if this is the airplane parts you found. "TWA Flight 3 was a twin-engined Douglas DC-3-382 propliner, registration NC1946, operated by Transcontinental and Western Air as a scheduled domestic passenger flight from New York City, to Burbank, California, via Indianapolis, Indiana, St. Louis, Missouri, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Las Vegas, Nevada."

Yellow/puke green on one side of the aluminum is zinc chromate for corrosion control. I’m a retired aircraft mech (A&P). They most likely did NOT survive.

Near El Malpais National Monument, a USAAF Navy PBY-5A Catalina crashed on August 1, 1945. Historical images and recreations show that segments of the aircraft was decorated in bright yellow to help in location if lost at sea. Maybe that’s what you found?
