A railroad worker stumbles upon a lost mine in California. The Dutch Oven Mine is a long-lost gold mine that Tom Schofield found and lost, and may never have been found again.

It’s not that lost if you’re pointing arrow at it.
I’ve heard that it’s not in the Clippers, it’s in the Old Woman mountains. Schofield said the Clippers to throw people off.
I really enjoy your stories. I am an old prospector and mineral collector on the east coast but I love hearing these old treasure stories where ever they are. Do you ever do any lost treasure stories on the east coast states?
