Loaded BNSF fracking sand train Westminster, CO
Although rail traffic has been down lately, the BNSF sand train is still making the rounds. This sand is used in the oil industry for fracking. It is likely heading for the Green River oil shale formation where estimates of 1-3 trillion barrels of oil are underground in Utah and Colorado.
Is it even sand?
Cool video. I go to this spot all the time
Caught that same train in Boulder only a few miles northwest of this spot!
That was great thanks for sharing. I love your videos keep up the great work
What exactly does this mean, is this sand from oil wells or is this sand from underground tunnels?
Dynamic break
Neato faded 2nd BNSF engine, too! How do you know it’s fracking sand and not anything else……X-ray vision? lol
Very nice video!
