Si mangia con moderazione al sahur per non essere troppo male durante il giorno, ed è nostro culto ordinato dalla nostra religione per comprendere lo stato delle persone che hanno fame durante il giorno e non hanno cibo e bevande.

Nerede olursak olalım oruç tutmak zor gelmiyor. Çünkü akşam ezan okunduğunda evde sıcacık yemekler piştiğini biliyoruz. Ama fakir ülkelerde insanlar yıl boyu oruç tutuyor(aç kalıyor) belki de. Bu yüzden yiyecekleri israf etmemeli ve paylaşmalıyız.
