    Old disabled house bound dusty rusty Rockhound here: I never tire of crystals. Something about that crystal lattice drives me wild! Finding specimens with crystal in situ make my heart beat fast! Thanks for taking me along for the ride!!! Rock on!!!

    Thats why I prefer the Brazilian deposits of Ouro Preto imperial topaz.. no fading of color due to sunlight. Rich in various colors

    Dont know why you would use those blunt hammers directly on these pieces. It pulverizes them instead of cracking them because the material
    (rhiolite?) is so sandy/powdery.

    I luv ur vids^w^ I love rocks, but my favorite are moss rocks which are agates with a green tint, cloudy white spots, and sometimes sparkly black spots.
