The second place is at Chatfield State park, and is so fun when you want to get away from the typical Colorado scenery and enjoy the “beach.” The last place is at Roxborough State Park with huge rock formations that you can hike around. Hi, we are Kristen and Sam! We are a husband and wife living the travel nursing life!
After traveling for a year as nurses, we found ourselves wishing that we had more videos of our adventures. Follow along with us as we explore the United States and beyond!
Three fantastic areas that we have not visited on our trips to that area. The Paint Mines area has such beautiful rock formations. There are so many wonderful State parks to see. If you miss alligators that is an mental issue we need to discuss….LOL. That shirt at the end is the greatest.
It looks amazing guys such a lovely view!!ππ
Beautiful sharingπ―πΊπ―πΊπ
What trail did you do at the chat field reservoir?
The pink at the 1st park looks like Himalayas Sea salt. What cool places π
Aw, thanks for the shout out guys! You all are awesome. So glad to see you made it out to Roxborough and that you liked it! Looks like the weather in Denver is just getting better and better for outdoor adventures!
Thanks for sharing all these amazing places even though Sam was quite tired.

You got some great video on this sort of reminded me of classic Star Trek scenes in the canyon πβ€οΈ
Love the colors, they remind me of the canyons along the road to devil’s tower. Well shot and beautiful video. Take care guys!!πππ
Great video, Never been to colorado, but I really want to live there and summit all the peaks.
This Pandemic tries to keep all of us under, but finding the serenity in nature, will keep us resilient.
Check my channel out if you have some time. π
Happy Adventure! π
love your adventure.!!!
Looks awesome. You could shoot a Star Trek episode there.
So beautiful π₯° the rock colours looks amazing.
What great parks these are!! Thank you for sharing! Keep loving Colorado!! Great vlog.
Cool video guys! Just found your channel and really enjoy it! Iβm in Texas as well north of Dallas ππ€
Love how different each spot was! Chatfield looked so peaceful on the beach!
Enjoyed your vlog always friends
Pro tip…please remain on the actual trail, not the edge of the trail, even if it is muddy. You can cause the trail to widen, which in. turn will cause erosion which in turn will cause plant life to be destroyed, which in turn……..
Just stay on the trails, to keep our city, state, and national parks beautiful. Other than that, great job!
Such natural beauty!
Thanks for your videos, great quality and a pleasure to watch. Please keep it up, love it!
The bloopers so funny
Looks like some great places to explore. Funny bloopers at the end. Have a great day.
That first spot looks like the Badlands in South Dakota. Just on a smaller scale.
Nice my friend πππ
It does look a little bit like Roman Forum, yes. That pink rock though. As for visiting unexpected places, this life of restrictions we have really made us look around our own backyard and the places we have visited and discovered so far are amazing!
