Found it! Grandson and I took a drive and low and behold we found it! Thanks Sonny for the pan and gold, hopefully Preston will take up the habit! Thanks to all my Brothers in arms, Army rules!!
lol I had to laugh a little. I know right where you were. Not only did my buddy and I find some gold there. But also found a blue gold pan in the flow stuck in the brush. It’s a fun area.

Crazy you found another gold pan. Great idea with that pan you found. I just got my XP kit Friday in the mail, so I will be taking it out this next week to my Yellow Bar Holes and see how it does on the micro gold I have there. Thanks for the Adventure ⛏️⛏️⛏️🇺🇸💪😎🍀

You gave me an idea of something else to look for in flood zones: areas that could change the path of water when a river reaches flood stage. Or better yet, I will go watch some of my favorite spots during a flood and look for where the aluvials are forming.
