Located just North of Lake City, Colorado. The Hidden Treasure Dam, built in about 1890 on Henson Creek.
It is one of two early dams on the creek above Lake City in Hinsdale County. Another, the Ute Ulay Dam, is an earthwork further upstream.
That is the Ute Ulay dam. Not the Hidden treasure dam.
Missed it by about a mile. But that is some great footage of the Ute.
