hidden treasure caches found with a metal detector in Utah
These guys showed up at my house with the story of 5 treasure caches they found up in the mountains while prospecting. One of the caches contained clues and a key to what they figure could be a large cashe. They show us 3 of the 5 small cashes they found and show the clue to where the large cache is hidden.

Did he ever go to the tree and walk off ten paces?.
Did you ever figure out the significance of the keys? Did you ever find the mother load.
Apparently Mutt and Jeff in the video don’t know the difference between and jar and a bottle.
So this is what happened to Kip.
did u guys ever found it? great experience
Did you ever find the mother load if not did you make a line marker between each find to see if they are in line with each other it may be pointing to the next container.
Great vid and finds but laughed really hard with the way he was shakin those old coins together and letting them scratch each other up in that jar lol. Also – a treasure map on that paper but no sheet protector lol. Just tape it on a regular sheet of paper and let it get torn up handling it like that. ha ha ha ha. Great finds tho – would have LOVED to be the one that found it.
Nice hunt buddy. Well done .I liked your channel so I subbed you . I find a lot of Roman and medieval coins where I live , Please check out my channel and if you like it Please sub me back .Regards Geoff
Another Great watch , new subscriber here ❤️ I metal detect in New Zealand
Where I come from those are called jars. Lol !!! Nice find guys. Let me know if you need help with a detector that will go down 2 feet deep. My Garrett ATX with the big coil should do the trick.
The stuff dreams are made of!!!!!
I saw your video on
Old Maps I am from New York Long Island I use an app called Maprika . You can used it on any device you can take any historical map and put it on any current map and it will GPS right to that location. So with Maprika and what I learned of you should really up my game thank you so much Denis
A unique way to show off one’s lifetime of coin hunting, there’s no treasure folks but it is a nice story,so nice in fact I’ve held onto it all these years, as my grandfather used to tell us the same story jars Keys the whole nine yards right down to the note, and paper money..I bet they’re related one way or another…I hope not,,,, only kidding only kidding only…. It’s one of life’s oldest cons show a little bit of your treasure in order to build interest in the bigger treasure l,which never existed
Odd, those ball mason lids are made of zinc. I’ve never seen one last in the ground here in the north east. what kind of soil was this in.
Would be nice to know if they found what the keys were for!
Well that was a good story.
Wow! He found 3.00 in charge
I reckon the dude that buried those jars was the troll of yesteryear.
Looks like the 2 same keys are for opening a Safe Deposit outer door and the 3rd key is for the Safe Deposit Box.
Nice find.
Really enjoy your show, thank you and
God Bless
I was metal detecting in utah and found a sword, a wire frame that looks sort of like glasses, and some clearish stones in it. A really cool box that had decorative metal all around it under a large boulder.
The lids don’t look very corroded for being buried for 80+ years..
Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has gone back doc noss’s white sands mountain were he found 16000 gold bars?
Did you guys ever go back and look yet?..keep us updated please
Most decent metal detectors are good to a depth of about 18 inches. However big targets like a culvert can be detected to about 6 to 10 feet.
Is this Mike Phillips?
Hope y’all found it…good video….👍👍👍👍
Do a sound test before spending effort of making a video for public viewing.

Live in Utah. Thats awesome thanks for sharing!
hmmmm very interesting 🤔
Anyone with collectibles could in theory pretend they just found them randomly and create a treasure hunt storyline. Then build it up, get an audience interested, then all of a sudden find the mother load and get whatever attention or minor fame and recognition that such a situation would bring about.
well I hope ya’ll went back and found your treasure…n if’n ya did for Pete’s sake don’t go makin a video n broadcast’n all over the place….that IRS er some long lost property owner will be all over you like white on rice….nice find n good luck
