Hidden Gold Mine of Lake Havasu #mining #1

This is one of the juniper mines in lake Havasu from the early 1900’s. an old gold mine in the hills. Every time I go inside an old mine I’m afraid of what may be in there… and this one made me jump. I freaked out just a bit.

    I use to work on tailing piles at our mine outside Havasu 70’s dog named Nugget too

    This place was more than likely part of the La Paz Mining District. Looks like were busy for a short while with those stopes, I’m surprised it’s not sealed off better if it’s so close to Havasu.

    We had the deepest well in NW AZ water birds it was spectacular gold everywhere. 1/4 million $ gold cylindrical machine till Reagan closed up and replant like you never been there that was that
