Gastritis:
• The condition refers to the inflammation of the stomach lining
• It results in severe cramping in the stomach or the upper abdomen
Symptoms to look for:
• Loss of appetite
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Pain in upper-left region of the stomach
• Sensation of a coated tongue
• Foul breath
• Bad taste in mouth
• High saliva flow
• Scanty urination
• Uneasiness
• Mental depression
• Heartburn
• Bloated stomach
Causes:
• Habitual overeating
• Consuming uncooked food
• Excessive tea, coffee or alcohol intake
• Excessive use of condiments and sauces
• Stress
Natural home remedy using carom seeds and salt:
1. Take 1 tsp of carom seeds
2. Add 1 tsp of salt
3. Mix well
4. Eat it to get relief
Natural home remedy using liquorice powder:
1. Take 1 glass of hot water
2. Add 1 tsp of liquorice powder
3. Mix well
4. Leave it for 15 min
5. Strain the liquid
6. Drink 3 times a day
Tips:
• Drink 2 cups of coconut water every day
• Reduce consumption of:
o Red meat
o Red pepper
o Sour food
o Pickles
o Tea and coffee
o Sweets
o Aerated drinks
• Have dinner at least 2 hr before bedtime
• Chew 1 tsp of fennel seeds after every meal
• Avoid drinking water along with meals as this dilutes the digestive juices and delays digestion

Potato juice has been a gamechanger for my gastritis. My pain is down 99%. I drink about half a cup four times a day (approx. 500 ml total throughout the day). I peel about four raw, red potatoes and throw them in my juice (you can use any potatoes, they don’t have to be red!). If you let the juice sit for a while, make sure you *mix in the sediment at the bottom* in with the juice – this is key. If you find it gross, you can also add some carrots to it. I swear as soon as I stared doing this, my pain got progressively better each day. It’s been about 10 days now and like I said, my stomach, back, and side pain have gone down 99% (my stomach pain would shoot into my back and side). You’re supposed to continue with it for at least a month – I’m planning to do three just to be safe (along with a low acid, low salt, and low fat diet).
I also highly, HIGHLY recommend a book called "The Gastritis Healing Book" – it is FILLED with invaluable information about how to heal. It’s on Amazon and Kindle. I’m in a much better place after having read this book.
In addition to the potato juice, I also take DLG licorice 20-30 minutes before meals, zinc carnosine, and gastrazyme. Good luck everyone – we will get through this!

Well, i recently cured my Gastritis after a long road of confusion and countless videos and web searching going to doctors multiple times … initially, i went to the family physician and he gave me 3 day course .. it reduced the symptoms but did not help as medicine were not strong enough to kill Hpy. infection but it killed most of the good bacteria .. in turn, it affected my digestion and cycle continued .. later i went to gastro specialist he gave a list of anti-acid and a strong anti-bacterial …
Now there is a difference in the antibacterial he gave .. it kills all the bacteria including bacterial which has double-wall membrane .. H.py has double-wall …i started taking thoes but it did not help for a week .. something i was doing wrong .. but i was unable to figure it out .. also i was scared to face endoscopy proess ..
So one day doing all the research, i chalked out a plan to cure it by anyways .. anti-bacterial tablets increase inflammation so when you take few it gives similar symptoms of acid reflux .. so you end up taking more … this results in more inflammation and poor gut ..
so the first thing i did was .. i took daily 2 tablets of ani bacterial as said by doctor .. i knew it would cause unease .. but had no option.. along with anti-bacterial … i did not take any probiotics so that, there is no opposite force of action .. i wanted to solely target H.py.. so on day one of treatment, it killed all the good and H.py to an extent .. most of the good bacteria are single membrane .. so they get killed first..
so eating simple nonspicy food .. and no sugar at all.. becoz sugars helps all bacteria to grow back ..
2nd day i took another round of antibacterial .. and trust me it creates lot of unease … i just trusted medicine to work .. and on the third day .. i stopped it .. considering it must have killed infection ..
so from 3rd day, i started eating a cup of curd daily 3ice with no medicine .. so that even if a small amount of Hpy infection has remained it will be outnumbered by good bacterial …
today on 5th day after treatment i am eating normal and feeling far better ..
