Florida Travel: Searching for Real Treasure on Florida's Treasure Coast

In 1715 a fleet of Spanish Galleons set sail from Florida filled with treasure from the New World. That night, all eleven ships are struck by a massive hurricane and sunk. A large fortune in gold and silver has laid hidden beneath the ocean for 300 years.

Chad Crawford joins Brent Brisben, a modern day treasure hunter and his team as they explore dangerous waters off Sebastian Inlet hoping to locate and unearth this sunken treasure and solve this 300-year-old maritime mystery. The tale of the 1715 Fleet is why the area is called the Treasure Coast. Learn more here: https://www.visitflorida.com/en-us/search.html#

Gold rush millions in gold on the Georgia Florida line. The bay fishing something shinning gold from the 1300’s century from south America. Look for trees. The bay only has weeds and sand. The danger is alligators and poison snakes that is the islands security. Alligators will watch you on the land and jump out of the water at you. I know from experience. They are there to protect. Only tools 12ft john boat shovel and metal detector. The gold in some places are 1to3ft down or closer. Its all from pirates. The islands you can not see from the Atlantic ocean you can see some from hwy 95. The gold is there YOU can make history.

I saw Gary Drayton show that 1715 ring to Josh Gates from Expedition Unknown a couple of seasons ago. Josh did a show on the 1715 fleet and was looking to find some treasure from that fleet. I love this kind of stuff. In the future I want to start a business were I lol for sunken ships and other lost treasure still waiting to be discovered.

If anyone is a "Professional" treasure hunter on here that lives in Florida, if you would contact me I would be very grateful. I have found an area that I have found coins and items dating back to the very early 1700s (1708) and before, but I have an advanced lung condition that will not allow me to continue to search. I would be willing to take on a partner for a percentage of the find and that I would get credit for discovering the find. I know I will be opening myself up to ever crazy with a metal detector, that is why I specifically said PROFESSIONAL TREASURE HUNTER and will expect that I should be able to verify anyone who contacts me. If I can’t, I won’t reply to their messages. I have emailed Gary Drayton but he has not replied.
