Exploring Lost Mines – Day 1 Locating Our First Lost Mine Site

On out first day we successfully locate, the first lost mine site on our list. We ex;ore the abandoned building remains, pick through some relics and identify some locations for future relic hunting. Then we find a camp site and prepare for our next scouting trip.

Hey, I think I know that guy! Going around those rocks we should have put a camera on The roof rack looking down the dropoff. Would have been a great shot.
Next time we need to bring Todd with his ghilli suit so we have some base camp security from the creeper van stalker.
Are these mine sites in national forest areas? Who put together the booklets you have? We have lots of old mine sites in southern AZ as well. The guys who found Kartchner Caverns were out exploring just like you when they made their great discovery.

Looking for to part 2, as a kid I use to love exploring old houses in the woods by my grandmothers and on our hunting lease.

I’m a little late to this party, and I just found this old video. But I am unable to locate part 2. Was it never posted, or has it been removed?
Fun Video Coyote Works ! That was a really cool place with all the old building remnants. It takes a long while, but it is amazing to see the forest eventually take it all back like nothing was ever there. I look forward to part two.
That looked like a great time those mines must have been awesome to explorer.
