In this small series I am in Colorado with Edwin (https://www.instagram.com/edwins22/) and visit abandoned mine related facilities.
In this episode we venture inside the most amazing underground mine I’ve ever seen. It’s abandoned for nearly 50 years and everything is still present as it was abandoned. A real time capsule.

Hi, Al. This video is about an abandoned mine in Colorado USA Please show it to people who will like it. Thank you.
As much as I find these abandoned places fascinating, I’m really glad it’s someone else going in there.
I wonder if they put the mill underground to avoid some kind of scrutiny about their environmental or employment practices?
Just so your followers know, there are deadly poison gas and dead air pockets in those tunnels. I know of two mine exploration deaths in my area of Colorado due to gas. Just one breath and you are rendered unconscious! Add in cave-ins and covered vertical shafts and you have a virtual funhouse of underground death. However, with all the safety precautions you employ, you should be just fine.
Mining is one of most interesting work i have ever been through, especially if you are a mechanic !!!!
Was such a fun place for us locals to explore, until it blew up all over the internet and is now patrolled and mine entrances were blocked. Way to ruin it for the other explorers.
Wow! Surprised the mine isn’t locked up. How fun to explore it. It’s huge! It doesn’t appear that anyone goes in it. I don’t see any graffitti.
Do you carry a gun?If you dont’ I think you should carry a gun. there could be animals(wolf, bear, wild boar).so scary.
They might be inside of an abandoned uranium mine. The walls look like uranium veins. And the floor looks like uranium dioxide.
The video is incredible, the even more so.
The only thing I dont realy like is the spooky background music:))
Gilman Colorado mines this one you can access through the train tunnel
So cool!
Great job boys. Thanks
Thanks- just like a time machine.
existe mais mistérios entre a superfície e os subterrâneos que vossa vã imaginação pode sequer imaginar.
Well done showing us your exploration of this amazing mine. It is just amazing how much equipment and gear they hauled underground, and then left it all behind. Thank you for sharing this.
The amount of digging that those miners dug is insane
You don’t have to end every single sentence with “eh”
the blue oxidization on the walls is copper ore
Entering caves and tunnels you should have always gas detecor..
10:17 look me in the eyes and tell me that this looks not like straight out of silent hill. Dude…pyramid head about to show up 💀
Wow that is awesome
One word Helmet!
What is it called?
That’s so f-ed up that these corporations banked off these mines, then just left them to be rotting and dangerous. Those who get rich off resources leave a mess for the rest of us.
Can you imagine the sound of the workings crushing rock inside a mountain?
What mine is this, I am an Underground coal miner, but am Looking to do some exploring…. is it legal to enter these properties? if now how could I go about getting permission to enter some mines like these in the state or colorado?
And oxygen tester
I have been in some cool mines in Colorado before but hands down thats amazing
What is the white and yellow looking stuff all over the ground and walls?
Traduzido pra português , fico tão feliz!! Otimo trabalho 😊 🇧🇷
Indiana jones,where is short round?
Amazing video!
Interesting thing ( ufo, orb, some defect in the filming,…) appears in minute 13:12, at the top
No way I go down there! That deep anyway
Imagine sitting at a 1980s desk job inside a mine breathing Marlboros and rock dust all day.
Man this would be an awesome game setting to escape this mine lol
Where is this???!!! I wanna go! 😎
Bob, this place is super creepy! It’s aviously for nuclear disasters lie Chernobyl! I sure hope that a bunch of young explorers don’t find this place a miss use those meds that would be a disaster! Oh and ,. Those ladies did not complain anymore than u did!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💕💕💙💙💜💜❤️❤️

Extremely Interesting of historical mining.

I like how you exaggerate your accent to sound like Werner Herzog, well done
worst thing i find about underground stuff like mines and bunkers and is always possibilty of collapsing one day and thats just lost history
++++++..
I would put on a safety helmet and also a pair of gloves if you don’t know what all those weird colors are
If you look at 14.20 to the right you will see four orbs whizzing by to the lower part of screen . Those are spirits . Probably a lot of men died in that mine. Its not dust particles love the video you guys never cease to amaze me good job !
