We head up to Payson Arizona in search of the Payson Diamonds. We discovered an old geology report with GPS coordinates to an old mine where they were digging for XXL double terminated quartz crystals. Join us as we search for the mine, see our findings, and have a run in with Elk!

Went up there once, didn’t find anything except a herd of javelinas that chased everyone away. And it was 102F.

There’s thousands of holes that have been filled on DP. Unfortunately humans are destroying the place as it becomes more popular.

Great video guys! I have a spot I want to show you. The crystals I find in the drainage tend to be chewed up around the edges… I found that the soft dirt after a heavy rain or while it’s raining is the best time to find sharp ones unless your digging! But, digging is slow. The elk come out for me too! One morning I was digging quietly and when I looked up, 6 of them were strolling around and eating not 50 yards from me… Kinda scared the sh!t out of me at first. Then I felt like I was in some kind of mystical, magical forest. Then I realized that I WAS in a mystical, magical forest!
