have you heard of paraiba tourmaline? those blue decay you were looking at look like they had a copper vein too which means it woulda been paraiba! that electric paraiba blue tourmaline is some of the most valuable stuff on the planet!!! its named paraiba after the town in brazil it was discoverd in. wish you coulda asked them if they had found blue copper bearing paraiba tourma in there!! Ive always wanted to go to oceanview but I dont like how they give you a dump truck of stuff to look through. id rather go in the mine and waive my liability! lol

There are some veins of black tourmaline in eastern PA, just north of Philly. And every once in a while, there are tiny bicolor pink-green tourmalines.
