Out of all that land, why did you pick that spot to grid out?
What drew your attention there, instead of where the redder dirt is?

You stay active for your age. That is the key to longevity. People like to see that. Unfortunately not necessarily like to do it, but see it.

Great video! It’s straight to the point and your way of deducing is faster and easier. Hope to see more.

One more thing ….. You had a Great point ( Cover your holes after youโ€™re done Prospecting) Thatโ€™s smart thinking.
Man You know your stuff. ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿค˜ thatโ€™s good info to share with my daughter & friends thanks.

  31. William Mawk on July 7, 2021 at 1:16 pm

I have a Tesoro Lobo Super Traq Is that a pretty good gold machine? Thank You. I always enjoy your gold videos.

  32. strattuner on July 7, 2021 at 1:16 pm

you are very knowledgable ,the rust on your one piece should give you a clue, gold is usually found attached to rust, bull quartz, and dolemite, you should look at your own videos, see that outcrop of rust on those young mountains, look down about a 100ft below them,if your TDI masks out the mineralization, happy hunting, lost my mobility or I’d be out there too,big nuggets or outcrop is the top of the thermal vien and they are rare, but the desert southwest in a large place, small grain gold means its traveled a long ways, flood gold as you call it,is the start

  33. Donald Johnson on July 7, 2021 at 1:17 pm

This Is Great In Nevada when I’m strong enough to Get out there with my detector , I will try Crevasing and Then maybe a few creek bend drop zones , I can’t wait I know a Few local creeks I want to try .Doctor says March or April.
    Hoping I get the Ok
    Soon.

I live in Reno, NV. Could anybody possibly give me some knowledge if there are any decent prospecting spots just a couple miles out of Reno ? You don’t haft to give up you’re favorite spots or anything, I’m basically just trying to confirm if there is any around close by.

Im going to be in vegas next week .is it easy to find stuff and where can i go to find gold this way ? I have been detecting in maien for long time got a whites prizim 5

  41. M Ppp on July 7, 2021 at 1:28 pm

Personally, I the like the logic you use to deduce your "targets". It’s like hearing the Mr. Rogers of gold prospecting which is relaxing.

  42. John Murray on July 7, 2021 at 1:29 pm

Another great video…..thank you Sir! Do you need to have a permit to metal detect in Nevada?

  43. Beth Bartlett on July 7, 2021 at 1:29 pm

I really enjoyed this video ‘- learned several value points and was so excited to see the outcome of your finds.

They are gorgeous in their natural formation. In so excited.

I used to live in that desert and I miss it so. 17 years – in Nevada – I always wants to do this but no one would go with me –

Now mane I can learn what to purchase, if I can purchase a slightly used detector and – since I’m in Tennessee – what local geological metal factors I should know prior to purchase.

Google search just seems to throw back ads and vendors.

Any leads for resource info for me to learn from/of would be so very appreciated.

And any advice I would welcome. Consider me green and teachable.

Best wishes on your future exploring.

BTW – I’m in NW Tennessee – I should find artifacts during my exploring – at least 2 – 3 Triibes were in this area – predominately the Chickasaw – the Cherokee were East of me – it is a Long State and I’m a mere 10 miles from the MS River as the crow gets and setting right on the heart of the New Madrid Fault Line (I literally never knew this when I was a child growing up here – I thought it was west of me.) My dad was from here and brought us down from Chicago when I was a little girl 5 yrs old – I truly prefer Nevada or Chicago – but it is pretty here.

I would like to spend some time up around Carson City and Virginia City – I traveled with my job and never had much time to get in nature when on business – I would think the washes around the old areas might offer some good grid days !

Hope to be back and spend more utime

  44. LKN CATFISH on July 7, 2021 at 1:29 pm

you are funny. you said lets get the iron out of the ground and when you found it. you just threw it back down to the ground away from you. love the videos. that was funny/real world hunting

  45. gene murray on July 7, 2021 at 1:33 pm

I’d check the hills behind u gold comes down and what is on flats could be buried 40 ft be low .gold is pushed up from volcano eruptions look high not plains

  46. M Ppp on July 7, 2021 at 1:36 pm

I want to buy the same machine you use. That’s why they should sponsor you for endorsement. The natural human tendency to trust what you use is universal. People figure, duplicate the results.

  47. GamePlay da Bagaceira. on July 7, 2021 at 1:38 pm

nome of the detector used in the video?

  48. DR. SOLO on July 7, 2021 at 1:40 pm

Are there ever more than one piece next to each other because when someone waves A Fistful of dirt by the machine. And when the machine beeps they dump their other hand instead of checking it also. I just find that strange

  49. Ghryst VanGhod on July 7, 2021 at 1:41 pm

over here, prospectors will tie a chain to thier belt, so as they walk they leave a trail to know where theyve been
