There is more to that cross, if you know what to look for. His so open and freely giving information. To me he’s like that guy from the 1800’s. With the lost ship in the desert. Freely giving out info to get financing, to "reach it". When all he was really doing, was getting people to finance his gold prospecting expeditions. This sounds about the same to me.

Just ONE piece of ADVICE…..all the history and stories are GREAT…..AND your SHARED EXPIRIENCES…really should be DIGITIZED.
    ——However…….YOU…..yes YOU…….it is WRONG to celebrate or entertain……BEFORE you need…..TO WORK……yes YOU need TO WORK……..THE …..P.M…finds……..LOOK…
——the Spaniards DID…….an CORRUPTED EVIL METHODS………………WE ARE BETTER than THOSE BAD TIMES…..
    ——DO it……TEAM…….GET that GOLD—-

Terry Carter, seeking treasure isn’t much of a living. I would like to see proof of your claim to have found gold bars. If it’s true, you should be quite wealthy, and good for you.

So is there any follow up on this story ? I did some reading on this case, seems the famous explorer John C Fremont surveyed the area I think around the early 1870’s (?) he reported on finding the Old Spanish Trail there and found remains of dead pack animals with Spanish saddles, guessed there was some mining going on once. I dont know what else is known for sure, legends are not so easy to sift out from reality. If I could be convinced there is a great gold mine in the Henry’s I would be quite tempted to chuck it all where I am and head on out there myself and look ( of course, my dog Willow would come too, I don’t go anywhere without my buddy).

Terry what you should do is put together a trip to one of the places were treasure has been lost. And take whoever wants to go online. Splitting the treasure with 100 guys you will still be rich. And way better of a chance of finding it .

So I traveled all over the state talking to all the miners and treasure hunters and even some archaeologists and after identifying hundreds of pin markers on the ultimate treasure map of four corners . It got bigger and bigger. And many many pin holes over the years . As I dat and looked at the map one day I wondered why I was still broke so I started calculating areas that were farthest from their finds and bingo I went nuts threw a dart at the map and it landed on Chase Manhatten Bank tower in Phoenix so i just said fug it and threw the metal detector in the quarterly pick up. I still have a few weeks till pick up. But I’m too busy to go rescue that beeping snorting foolish machine

————it is my EXPERTISE being the FIRST eyes on the PRIZE in PHILIPINES with MARCOS.
The Spaniards moved the GOLD from WORKINGS off TRAIL——-remember they NEED an ISOLATED …..MAN TRAP…..and WORKERS enslaved…..
    THEN they SHIP it OUT……….
——THEYRE NOT going to SHOW you a TRAVELLED ROUTE.
    YOU have to FIND IT.
    SECOND——–YOU need……OWNERSHIP CLAIM CONTROL and
    THIRD—-YOU need TEAMWORK……..and a RELEASE of…CLINTONS….patentable mining capabilities.
I also need a FEW documents from AVA GARDNER alias
ANITA WOOD which placed a DOUBLE….aka BEVERLY my STINGY MOM NOW.

Those Spanish hoards were probably found decades ago. By people who quietly slipped away with them.

  26. Joe Scott on March 26, 2022 at 11:43 pm

This would be a great experience. Ive grown up here in Alaska. Ive seen a few mother-loads. They have all belonged to other people. Wished I could be a part of something like this. I’m a woodsman and a mean breakfast cook.

How do you get there? By horse? Jeep?

  27. John Hoon on March 26, 2022 at 11:44 pm

I wouldn’t mind going out there camping and dry washing and sluicing and just having some fun oh yeah it would be nice to find the mind just for the sake of finding it

Yes the old timers were real men. A good hewer could cut a rail road tie in seven minutes or less. They were never spoiled by modernization.

I myself lives completely off grid. Its a harder life with wood heat & dumping slopes, but it is far more rewarding. I love being in the mountains & woods. Ive been over the roughest mountains in North America on horse back.
