Buried treasure: California couple finds rare U.S. gold coins in backyard
A Northern California couple found $10 million worth of rare coins dating back to the 1800’s while hiking on their property. Ben Tracy reports on how they’ve become accidental millionaires.
….donate the rest to local charities…..
Donate the rest to local charity ….
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA Yeah right .
The 19th Century Californian Gold Rush.
Robbery of a mint or bank!
All I can think about is; who buried the coins and why did they bury all that money so long ago?
Adak island ?
I would wip put the medal detector and start looking for more lol
There not solid gold the 90%pure gold
WOW😱WOW
Not good for the land and the things living on it
If they go back to the days Spaniards owend that land the treasure belongs to their ancestors because back in those days the spanish would bury their wealth somewhere on their property.
I’m happy for them and amazing coins.
I need to start a local charity.
not bad reason to legalize,
every coin has not damaged,
gold is quite soft metal
Hiking on their property? In California? How many acres did they own? And they were millionaires before they found the coins. God damn.
No wonder they wish to remain anonymous………. I can just envision the government bureaucrats licking their chops and salivating. I hope they don’t let the government steal any of their find!
I would have kept them
why would someone hide gold and then abandon the place?
These coins belonged to the ancestors of the family who had the spanish land grant for that land. Its a known historical fact the spanish would bury their wealth on their land somewhere. I belive these people thought that but didn’t mention it and its possible the attorneys involved also new it.
Wow, what a find!
Pass me the shovel !
Alright folks. Time to go find that gold.
Gotta be Nice
I wonder if it was really found on his property. He could’ve found it elsewhere and said he found it on his property.
Whoa, Crazy rare find! Bullionexchanges into much more $$$ now than before.
*I gave this to my best friend as a Christmas gift.>>>**ur2.pl/1211** I think it really surprised him.. He said it is something he can definitely use for fun and for finding lost tools, screws, keys and jewelry and should come in handy keeping the grandchildren occupied.*
Great👍👍
I would kept it shush
That would be fun to experience eh. You know there are probably countless buried gold coins, bars, etc., around the world. Really crazy how they stumbled onto this stash tho. Often stories like this have some sort of hidden twist that we don’t get to hear.
Man that’s beautiful
Somebody’s got to find this couple. Why.? Why do they need to be found? So you can report some of your liberal media bias against anyone having any wealth other than the liberal news media?
Какое хорошее видео, побольше бы таких видео! 👍
Nobody but my wife and I would know.
Why did they say someone has got to find this couple.. creepy
Donating to local charities? I doubt it
Sell them and put the money into trading… create more.. hellooo lol
Can you imagine all the treasure still in the ground that may never be found!🤔
pay off bills? what….did they have millions of dollars worth of bills?
In their backyard, ya, ok.
I would just have kept my mouth shut. In no time they will have an unexpected visit from Uncle Sam.
That was not very smart of them. Loose lips sinks ships.
Stage coach robbery
You got to be crazy if you’re just going to pay off bills and donate the rest you’re supposed to live off of it for the rest of your life
Donate to charity?? Nice people! Big tax right off… I guess they’re smarter than I thought. 👍🏽
Could you imagine if the coins were chocolate😂😂
I’d have sold one at a time.
Love Story? What are you stupid, What’s love got to do with it?
Whoever says melt it is not only foolish for loosing $millions but additionally selfish for destroying these rare historical pieces. One of those coins is worth more than all the coins in gold weight 100 fold.
1901 coins mere pass hai
Some family’s original property probably.
