If you ever need extra workers I would love to I love gems I’ve been interiged since I was a lil boy collecting every colourful rock I found breaking them open to see what there was I’d do it all day until my grandpa would get mad at me for breaking his rocks with a hammer in his drive way then my dad would get mad because I would have a bunch a rocks in my pockets or the car

I’ve heard of aquamarine before, but I don’t know what it’s used for.

Beautiful aquamarine crystals. The Beeyl Pit outside of Quadville Ontario has deep blue beryl, but no gemmy material.

We rode our dirt bikes up on antero 60 years ago then the us gvt made this area a wilderness area how are these people allowed to mine up there

  13. CADRollHunting on January 29, 2023 at 7:25 am

This is a really enjoyable show, but all the prices are so overinflated. Aquamarine is nowhere near as valueble, not even the higher grade stuff from Brazil. Basically take a 0 off every number you see here and we have realistic prices, there is no way that the bigger stone shown here is worth more than 2k, and that is already generous.

Stone people…. a breed in themselves. Talking in 70s parlance, a locality that you’re either in or out. Interesting premise for a movie treatment- 🧊

  33. Nancy Mcabee on January 29, 2023 at 7:49 am

I forgot to tell you I think I would fit in with you guys I have really long hair I’m little but a hard worker

  34. Jacob on January 29, 2023 at 7:51 am

I grew up in Chaffee county and I’ve always wanted to dig for aquamarines and smoky quartz on Antero but the only part that isn’t claimed is the hardest part to get to, on the far side of everyone else’s claims, and probably isn’t even all that productive. There’re like four places on Earth to find this stuff and most of them are on the other side of the planet.

  49. Daniel Fernandes Geólogo - Geologia e Lapidação on January 29, 2023 at 8:09 am

Hello my friends, I am a geologist from Brazil, I have ideas that can help you to better locate targets with marine water,
    an example is with a
petrographic sheet rock you can see how the faults and structures that cause seawater mineralization, you georeference these structures on the googleearth map and locate larger deposits across faults and hydrothermal alteration zones

  50. Nicht-die-Mama on January 29, 2023 at 8:11 am

Haha, the estimations you make are all ways too high! You‘ll NEVER sell it that expensive, but you can go on dreaming… 😂
