Abandoned Ghost Towns No One Wants To Buy For Any Price

SUBSCRIBE – https://goo.gl/vQRXAn . Abandoned Ghost Towns No One Wants To Buy For Any Price. Getting on the property ladder is expensive, but it doesn’t have to be, there are abandoned places around the world where you can buy a whole town, city or village for less than the price an average home in most countries.
Ok you’d be lonely, but you could make yourself the mayor, you wouldn’t have to worry about neighbours, and you could have parties as loud as you wanted, but even though some of these ghost towns are ridiculously cheap, they do come with some rather odd conditions.

This day and age, you’d think likeminded people into building would get a group big enough that everyone would restore one of these ghost towns.

Best in these places to go with the time period.
No electricity no plumbing no modern conveniences. Use telegraph poles.
    Water is the big issue…

The state spends more money on institution stays in one month per person than the last town costs.. hell… 6 months in a hospital is 900 thousand and more.. I should request that I be moved to Spain in the mountains to be mayor of my own town… The 750,000 dollars left over will have to go towards food and a car…

By 1:42 I could stand no more of the unnecessary muzac, however fascinating the content might’ve been. I wish video makers would leave it up to the viewer if they feel the need for a music pad, we can all play an mp3 if we want to drown out the narration!

Border with Switzerland, is going up for sale via auction. The starting price? €150,000, or about $175,000. Potential buyers be warned; the 5.5-acre site requires heavy restoration work that could cost up to €20 million, with annual maintenance costs of at least €250,000.
