Didn’t Trump’s criticism of such policies get shut down? *snaps fingers* That is right! Mainstream media made him appear racist for criticism of such an important topic. I never supported Trump. But when he addressed the issues people face in Baltimore I said "bravo". He stood up and said something and quickly got bashed. Funny how now it is perfectly fine to talk about.

This will be my last day to support Stephen Colbert. I doubt I’ll be missed but I’ve supported you from the beginning because you were at least a little moderate. But buh bye

Cory Booker is so amazing in every way. I hope he’s president some day. Truly humane person and brilliant on top of that. (Also, he’s a vegan which means he cares about the planet, his health and animals!)

We have to crush those who enable the haters. That may sound harsh but you can’t allow bullies and their “helpers” to flourish.

Isn’t social justice one of the tactics the Russian Bolshevics used to cause divisions? Why do history books not record any of these VERY dangerous threats to stable society? It’s almost like you want civilization to fail time and again.

Pretty much biblically Christ said you "will always have" the poor. That said I too believe much of the bedlam we’ve recently experienced is due to the entertainment, deceptions and distractions from the Actors and Performers in CON-gress. They’ve gotten comeuppance for mocking God.

As an average regular ‘white’ guy it often feels like the media pays more attention to race than I have by an exponentially large margin.

Its almost as if the media is trying to punish people like me for *not* thinking about race and judging people by the content of their character.

Where would empathy for other cultures come from in the US? There are no significant, permanent land-borders to complete different cultures like it is in Europe for example. Of course what you Americans say now is that I´m wrong, as there is huge differences to Canada or Mexico, even different languages. Ok, but we have those differences in distances where don´t even have to refuel your car to drive through 5 different cultural regions. What a want to say is, in Europe we HAVE to find a deal with other cultures whereas you in the US can live a life without the need to deal with other cultures around.

‘…poverty of empathy…’? I live now 21 years in this country and I would say empathy is starved and on the brink to death when I see how many people treat their pets better then their fellow human beings as all the ego-maniacal, self centered way of life of the corporations and 1% who run this country completely got absorbed by way too many people of the population and making that inhumane life style their own and still blame often the lackeys of the corporations, the bought politicians as the source of the problem.
It is time to take away again corporate personhood as businesses are NOT people.

An evil person is evil at all times and will apply his evilness to fulfil their selfish needs regardless of who is involved. I would suggest that people with white supremacist views should be investigated even in how they treat their families/children. Now that it’s come to you, I hope white people will take things seriously because you never expected this could happen to you by your own did you? I have been saying that the chosen job by a white supremacist to exercise whatever and get away with it is policing……
