  8. Major Payne on November 6, 2020 at 2:45 pm

I know a better swimming hole than any of these. No way would I publicize it on YouTube, however.

  9. Tiny Chihuahua on November 6, 2020 at 2:45 pm

I’ve visited all these former secret sites. Don’t be fooled. They have all been defiled by disgusting people.

Missed so many spots in LA looks like it’s time for me to start a YouTube channel.

  11. Dick Z. Mason on November 6, 2020 at 2:45 pm

Love the mountains around LA, however spot #3 in Topanga looks stagnant. Be cautious and avoid swimming in that kind of water as bacteria and mosquitos are no joke, not to mention the rattlesnake hazards. I love swimming in the Sierras or the ocean -always cautious there as well.

No where near comparable to the swimming holes in Northern CA. I didn’t even see a decent place to swim in this video. Check out "Swimming Holes in Northern CA." It’s night and day with incredibly high cliff jump spots into deep lagoon like waters.

  26. Mo Draj on November 6, 2020 at 3:09 pm

    Awesome video bro 🤙🏾

  27. John Doe on November 6, 2020 at 3:09 pm

Deep Creek, Lake Arrowhead is nice. I used to go up Angeles Crest to a place where you had to climb down and enclosed ladder to an area that had really cool places to swim.

  28. adam clark on November 6, 2020 at 3:12 pm

Stop giving away our hiding holes,, they used to stay clean now northfork is dirty,

  29. Gaël Hervé hiking&birding on November 6, 2020 at 3:14 pm

  30. John Harrington on November 6, 2020 at 3:16 pm

Glad they missed the good ones. Those are the worst pools I’ve about ever seen.

  31. Smokey X on November 6, 2020 at 3:17 pm

    Where is santa paula

  32. Kamau on November 6, 2020 at 3:18 pm

@2:30 I tried finding the switzer picnic area. Are you referencing the picnic area around Lake Arrowhead? Or the falls area just a bit north east of LA?

  33. Bong Bong on November 6, 2020 at 3:21 pm

Hey Jesse you need to go back at Stoddard Canyon Falls in Mt Baldy. I was there this morning and there’s a lot of water at the natural water slide and the waterfalls. Check my video.

  36. TruthSerum on November 6, 2020 at 3:25 pm

I’m curious if you have ever explored Gobernador Creek, west of Carpenteria? From Satellite view, it looks like a very promising creek to explore with large pools and likely waterfalls.

  37. Talat Sadia on November 6, 2020 at 3:25 pm

Yak this looks like Dog pools

  38. qrynx on November 6, 2020 at 3:25 pm

  42. Genius Zeal on November 6, 2020 at 3:29 pm

When a person practices yoga, it brings a kundalini demon spirit that wraps around the spine, and it can torment you. A kundalini is a spiritual snake that can wrap around the spine, and it makes the person dumb and stupid. Ask god to show you how to get freed from it, and ask god to show you if that is true. You need to tell god you are sorry for practicing yoga from when you first started to now.

  43. CJ Schmitt on November 6, 2020 at 3:29 pm

Not secret anymore! This is the problem with this…posting shit globally and socially just increases traffic and ruins these places.

  44. C-Note Mac on November 6, 2020 at 3:30 pm

Have you been to tar creek in the Sespe?

  45. Nicholas Sakrekov on November 6, 2020 at 3:31 pm

Just a heads up. I live on sapphire road just down the canyon from the swimming holes. Because of this Efing tagging culture hear in so cal, the waterfalls in cucamonga canyon are spray painted from head to toe. They are also closed indefinitely to everyone. I used to be able to catch good sized trout out of the water. Not anymore!!!!!!!!! All the trash and spray paint cans in the water has killed ever last fish in the canyon. Thank You very much you uneducated no moral having taggers. Hope a good ol boy like myself catches you in the act!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  46. jereisluke on November 6, 2020 at 3:34 pm

2:02 That does not look like a good swimming spot. Some of these places look to be little more than small pools in a creek and not really much in the way of swimming holes.

  47. Hiram Abiff on November 6, 2020 at 3:35 pm

I COULD PEE A BIGGER STREAM THAN MOST OF THOSE. I NEED AT LEAST 10 FEET OF WATER TO SWIM IN AND THE VISIBILITY MUST BE 100 FEET OR MORE. TRY ICE HOUSE RESERVOIR EAST END. DEEP AND VIS OF 200 FEET OR MORE, NORTH FORK AMERICAN RIVER AT TOD VALLEY = 50 FEET DEEP AND 100 FEET OF VIS. ALSO FULL OF GOLD NUGGETS SOME OVER AN OUNCE SO BRING A ROCK HAMMER.

  48. Mayra Ortiz on November 6, 2020 at 3:36 pm

Is there a hiking trail involved in any of these places? If so how long?

  49. Nicholas LeMaster on November 6, 2020 at 3:36 pm

    Not so hidden anymore. Lol

  50. ughsaaam on November 6, 2020 at 3:37 pm
