30,000 Pieces of Relics Recovered from Legendary Sunken Treasure in SW China
30,000 pieces of relics including silver and gold ingots recovered from legendary sunken treasure in southwest China’s Sichuan Province.
According to the legend about 1,000 Boats of treasures were sunken by a revolt leader, Zhang Xianzhong, in 1646.
The excavation has currently suspended on Wednesday and will continue next year.
