So in Eloy, they have a subdivision called Toltec Valley, these homes are brand new starting at 230k and going up to 290k. And they cant build them fast enough. Nikola, an EV tractor manufacturer just moved in, employing 1,000 workers as well. I see nothing but growth for Eloy.

You’re incorrect with much of your information. And Camp Verde is a nice place to live that is growing with lots of opportunity and it’s only a few miles from Sedona. Many of the people that work in Sedona live in Camp Verde and Rimrock.
It sounds like you just read a bunch of statistics decided to judge the cities on that. Go out and visit them.

That Mexican restaurant in Winslow that you showed is probably the the second best Mexican restaurant in Arizona. The best Mexican restaurant in Arizona is Libby’s El Rey Cafe in Globe. The only place on the globe named Globe. That’s another not so nice city though… love your songs BTW.

South tucson is not south of tucson, It is a seperate little city surrounded by tucson. But yeah tucson does suck . I grew up here and when my youngest is out of the house, I’m out!

And theres alot worse places to live than what he mentioned like San Manuel which has basically nothing left economically and like one school for all ages last I was there. I’ve lived in AZ for 18 years after fleeing MI in my early 20s. On the whole, AZ is a beautiful place. I have traveled extensively within the state and live in Chandler. I agree with this list; however, I was surprised Casa Grande wasn’t on it. I lived there for 6 years in the pre-Great Recession "drive to qualify" days and hated every minute of it. Without a doubt, it was the biggest mistake of my life moving there.
I find it hilarious the many comments AZ residents have posted here saying they had a lovely time visiting some of these cities. Visiting is a much different thing than living.
I hate all the growth that has happened here in recent years. It’s really starting to feel like LA with all the sprawl, noise, and traffic. I fell in love at first sight with AZ and it’s in my soul. I never thought I’d say this, but I don’t want to retire here anymore. I’d rather live somewhere quieter with a slower pace. I used to tell everyone how much I loved living here, but if I had known 18 years ago what was going to happen, I may have rethought my decision.

I have lived in the Phoenix Metro area since 1971. It has grown so much but it is a great place live. I raised my family here and they live here also including 9 Grandkids. The summer is hot but Phoenix is in the Sonoran Desert. Everything is air conditioned. Fall, winter and spring are great.

I was going to say this guy is 100% right, but Guadalupe is a nice cultural enclave of Phoenix that is small and pleasant overall. It’s not rich, but there is good food, a few good shops.. like a tiny Mexico. The worst town in Arizona is Colorado City, home of the pedophilic cult, the FLDS.

Lol never been to Apache Junction lol love how u think there’s one doctor w a horse 😂 there’s several medical facilities w modern facilities. Also, AJ use to have a crime and drug problem… use to … like a decade ago. Pretty clean. Btw we are connected to Mesa. A lot of jobs lol and w a huge retirement community yes a few are unemployed lol but most actually work and have jobs that pay the national average 😂

Phoenix is the worst big city I’ve ever been to. There’s no culture, the climate is trash, traffic is shit, Camel Back mountain is literally just a random low desert shit mountain. Everything is new and commercialized. Sorry, that town is straight trash.
