  11. christine beames on March 18, 2023 at 3:26 am

Could be a severe drinking water shortage if they all collapsed at once , some think that would fit the current plan

  12. Antonio Pacelli on March 18, 2023 at 3:27 am

This errors could be Life-ending for hundreds thousands of people..
Dam in general are a Damn’s Thing.
They Deprived water from villages, destroyed Agricultural Economy, polluted the environment.
Flooding the valleys for reasons only related to Corruption Schemes and Lobbysm..
    A theft to Humankind.

WAY overhyped – we’ve SEEN large dam failures in the past.
Not the scale of a potential Three Gorges Dam failure, but in the same ballpark.

  17. SilverberryAggramar on March 18, 2023 at 3:30 am

The weight of the water in the Three Gorges Dam reservoir caused a dent in the earth. If that water is released quickly, as in a dam failure, wouldn’t the dent suddenly pop up and cause earthquakes as well? Also denting the earth has somehow affected the earth’s spin on it’s axis. What would a sudden shift of all that water do to the earth’s spin on it’s axis? Once filled, there was snow reported in areas of China unseen before. How will the rapid displacement of all that water affect the local weather? I don’t know the math nor the physics involved but what I understand of each, tells me the answers to my questions aren’t going to be easy to swallow.

Feel like the ranking of these dams is a little… off…. 🤔

  19. Nameless Warrior on March 18, 2023 at 3:32 am

EXCEPT THAT "SECOND" COULD BE 100YRS AWAY OR MORE. SO BLAH BLAH BLAH

  20. T R on March 18, 2023 at 3:32 am

The Three Gorges Dam is actually made of cardboard boxes with a thin layer of concrete painted around them, just like all those apartment buildings in China that like to collapse.

With the kariba dam wall if it breaks it’ll have a trickle down effect of taking out kohorbasa in Mozambique

  22. C J on March 18, 2023 at 3:35 am

  24. Saitama man on March 18, 2023 at 3:38 am

The fact that you never put reference is frightening

  25. Rudi de Lange on March 18, 2023 at 3:41 am

Your Google Maps pin for Kariba dam is way off.

  26. KAILAS on March 18, 2023 at 3:41 am

Excellent presentation. Somebody has done a very good research work. Morvi dam in India in the state of Gujarath was a big disaster. Also, Periyar Dam shown in this video is a sitting dynamite. I do not know, why they have left Tehri Dam in India. It is in a high quake zone in Himalayas.

  27. Tommy Danger on March 18, 2023 at 3:43 am

Good job not even mentioning the dam pictured on the thumbnail…. Freaking clickbait…. You’re welcome for the view.

  28. christine beames on March 18, 2023 at 3:44 am

Just subbed , great presentation , no hype or “ comedy” , thank you ,

  29. nava jyoti chetia on March 18, 2023 at 3:45 am

    Goddam these dams

  30. Konrad Gajewski on March 18, 2023 at 3:48 am

    Damn…

  31. Borys Nijinski on March 18, 2023 at 3:49 am

“Despite government’s continual assurances that the dam is structurally sound, people are WEARY….”. So the people are tired? WEARY means tired. What you mean is WARY. WEARY is not WARY and for someone for whom English is their first (and likely only) language, it is hugely embarrassing that you do not know the difference.

  32. justin tyme on March 18, 2023 at 3:50 am

Don’t worry. CCP gave an update on the dam. It can withstand a flood stronger than the last 10,000,000,000 years. Carry on.

  33. Christo Naudé on March 18, 2023 at 3:52 am

Wow zambia is prone to earthquakes? That huge news as I’m from here and it’s really not

  34. anirnaya on March 18, 2023 at 3:53 am

Are you getting any fund from Taiwanese govt to include TGD here???? On each rainy season they prophesized TGD to collapse!!!!!! TGD is built to withstand overflowing flood.. it is a marvel of Chinese engineering ..still each year when Yangtze flood occurs and water reach 160-165m in reservoir cacophony starts in twitter from Taiwanese and other vested interest groups that it will collapse (they even go up to posting atmospherically distorted overhead photo from google map )……. conveniently omitting the fact that each winter it holds 172 m high water for 4 months(to generate electricity)….if you want to criticize it do it with data!!!!!! sadly scientific data doesn’t support your assumption( made in a very assertive way).

  35. Marty Bray on March 18, 2023 at 3:53 am

You missed the dam with the biggest risk of all, the MICA dam in BC Canada, I can send you the risk report located on a Canadian government website

It’s collapse would mean the slow end of civilization on earth because

    1) massive domino effect would wipe out the Columbia nuclear reactor
    2) it would also wipe out the Hanford plutonium site in Washington state, home of tremendous nuclear waste from the making of plutonium and the Manhattan project

  36. Erin Mason on March 18, 2023 at 3:54 am

Good thing we’re in a horrible drought in California, for the dams sake(it’s not good, I’m being very sarcastic)😭

  37. Atq A Q on March 18, 2023 at 3:54 am

"Underworld" we see & understood that you have great knowledge about "dams" risque & failure or future damages. So requesting you sir, to please let "them" get these messages to understand the problems & how to save save ppl’s lives. Thank you & God bless you for helping.

  38. J.T. Cooper on March 18, 2023 at 3:54 am

I seriously doubt the Taliban is doing anything to stop a dam from collapsing.

  39. Golden edges93 on March 18, 2023 at 3:57 am

Kariba dam is not in South Africa when you showed the map

  40. drippinglass on March 18, 2023 at 3:59 am

  43. Jennifer Jenkins on March 18, 2023 at 4:01 am

Mosul Dam was a beautiful site to see when I was there. The people of the area are surprisingly nice and polite.

  44. Sharon Whiteley on March 18, 2023 at 4:03 am

It’s comforting to know that authorities are aware of the possibility of collapse and are looking into the situation.
