This not so secret spot. Green Horn Creek, Grass Valley. Great gold. Lemme know if you need specifics, it is a tricky spot to reach, but once you get there, the world is your oyster. Be careful, a lot of the area is either claimed or private property. But there are large sections that are public, just look for signs it isn’t that hard to stay in public areas.

    Wow. You actually gave your spot away. 1st- I live in NC. And 2nd- I have only panned a small creek so far. Nothing found but then again didn’t know what I was looking for or doing. I want to thank you so much for equipment shots in video. I only have pans right now. Saving for Bazooka sluice or maybe one like yours. Could you post your Equipment ? What kind, generator, pumps, hose. Aid that violates the code please forgive me. I just want to make a wish list. Once agin thanks for the great humor

    Yeah bud there is nothing secret when you post your videos on you tube eventually people will figure it out, leave out the specifics next time lol, all kidding aside now that you revealed your secret spot i am loading my mini excavator right now and see how much is there lol.     if or when you go there again and it’s frozen like that again start a fire over the spot your going to dig then after a little while move fire so your people can warm up at the next spot your going to dig

    t’s private property there posted signs,,the gravel mine runs trucks from down stream to up stream there’s a road in the middle of the green horn creek we where asked to leave or pd would be called in ,,your lucky dude

    May want to hit a new spot. Running a highbanker you should have way better cleanouts. I have a claim in Georgetown that we regularly pull nuggets from. Let me know if you guys want to come next time

    Green horn is a very popular place to pan for gold. Anyone from the area can find your spot no problem. I live in Maine but used to live in grass valley and know green horn really well

    I bought a dredge years ago I didn’t know how to use it and I know how hard of work it is.. but at least you found color .. I find that being successful cuz it’s really about the hunt and I know how difficult it is just to find what you found… there maybe that’s $20 in gold pan .. But at least you were able to find it… Awesome video
