During the summer when I was young my mom and I would eat BLT using fresh tomatoes from our garden, we would love it when the B ran out and we would just have LT sandwiches. Yummy!!

Try raw diced red onion with tomato, mayo, salt, pepper and some keens curry powder. It’s so good. Also, it works well with Vegemite or Avocado or both.
Add bacon and you are in another stratosphere!
And it HAS to be mayo not miracle whip. It’s a southern summer sandwich. It’s all about the way the mayo and tomato juices/acids mix

I recently started LOVING tomato sandwiches for no reason at all. My husband looks at me like I have 5 heads but, I don’t care 😂
It’s a BLT without the B or L. Every American has had a BLT, why was she skeptical?

We do untoasted bread cream cheese and tomato. We haven’t tried the mayo but it seems like a similar idea and would be good.

Bread, mayo, honey ham, tomato, dill pickles and white onion. My go-to sandwich could literally never get tired of it.
