Where is the Bruce Lee move where you jump and put both your feet on either side of the head and twist to break their neck on the ground? Come on people fight to the death.

When is too much padding too much padding for a combat sport? This form of combat sport competition favors weaker-minded fighters who substitute toughness, stamina, and spirit for point gaining. Combat sports are about so much more than just skillfully accumulating points. Sadly we cannot know who is actually the better fighter due to the poor competitive value of these competitions. Congrats to Zolotic, nevertheless.

I’m proud of her but this doesnt even look like a fight, all the pads and no punches, it’s…weird what is considered an olympic sport and what isn’t. We should have an official olympic UFC and kickboxing.

This commentator is WRONG, WRONG , WRONG! The First American woman to win Olympic gold in Tae Kwon Do was Dana Hee in 1988. I know, I trained with her at Golden State Tae Kwon Do in California.

Since they changed the rules, these fights are super boring! All front leg kicks for points only, not to actually hit someone

  32. KK on August 4, 2021 at 1:51 am

It’s the Olympics and they’re pronouncing the name of the sport wrong. It’s not TIE kwon do. Not Ty Kwon Do. It’s said “Tae” like Ted or Bed.
