If Favre was playing in this era where the qb doesn’t get hit he would dominate. Yesss I get it. Rodgers talent blah blah. I’m taking Favres leadership. Max made a good point. It gives a glimpse into why Aaron is probably a bad emotional leader for a team. He’s not going to tell his teamates they can still win when they are down big. Or tell a player who messed up he will make a bigger play later. Sometimes a qb has to tell his teamates things he knows aren’t "absolute" or even true at all as motivation. But he strikes me as an athiest who probably doesn’t believe in miracles or anything magical.

Aaron Rodgers should want to do like Brett Favre and go to the Vikings which is a team built to win now and stick it to Packers with Jordan Love and the Buccaneers with Tom Brady and the Chiefs with Patrick Mahommes cause like the Chiefs the Vikings has a track meet that can compare with Dalvin Cook and Adam Theilen and Justin Jefferson. Farve knew long before all of us there are two types of QBs in the NFL. One that can throw the heck out of the ball and make great plays and another who is a Winner and plays his best in the most difficult situations. Rogers is a great QB and also NOT a winner in the big moments. He is 1 win 4 losses in championship games so he can beat that powerhouse NFC north yet always seems to stumble in the big games. Especially last year (49ers twice) and this year (Bucs Twice). He crumbles. I have never seen a qb throw as much as this man does off his back foot. Also he is a baby and blames everyone else for his shortcomings yet when things are going good he takes all the credit. Final note is I always here the players around him need to earn his trust. It is now them Rogers earns the trust of his teammates. He is a loser.
Favre’s “Gunslinging”, always seemed to work against bad teams. He did nothing to help his team win in his only Superbowl victory. The man was nowhere near Dan Marino’s caliber, thats for darn sure.
